| In 1907, the Warner Brothers opened their first silent film theater in downtown New Castle, Pennsylvania. Nearly 100 years later a joint venture was created to restore the architectural style and feel of main street. Simply stated Cedar Tree Companies in a joint venture with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the City of New Castle are restoring the main streets of New Castle in addition to creating a regional destination theme-oriented market place known as Cascade Center at the Riverplex. |
